Policy & Terms
Transparent, enterprise-grade legal frameworks governing data privacy, 100% IP transfer, cloud security, and software sprint service level agreements.
Data Collection & Privacy Architecture
Rudrion Infotech ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality and zero-compromise data security. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and safeguard client information during project discovery, development sprints, and post-launch maintenance.
1. Information We Collect
A. Technical Discovery & Project Briefs: Contact details (name, corporate email, phone number), architectural requirements, feature specifications, and budget estimates submitted through our discovery forms.
B. Development Credentials & API Tokens: Secure staging environment credentials, third-party API keys (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, AWS/GCP tokens) provided by clients for integration purposes.
C. Automated Telemetry & Analytics: Anonymized web usage statistics, browser attributes, and interaction heatmaps collected to optimize performance.
2. AI & LLM Model Privacy Guarantee
CRITICAL ASSURANCE: Proprietary client data, source code, prompt logs, and database schemas processed through custom AI integrations (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, or custom RAG pipelines) are NEVER used to train public LLM foundation models. All AI API requests execute within private, ephemeral enterprise tenant isolation.
3. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA & DPDP Act)
- Right to Access: Request a complete audit export of all stored personal or corporate data.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Permanent deletion of staging databases and communication archives upon contract completion.
- Data Portability: Complete JSON/SQL database dump and raw repository transfer upon request.
